Downloading Open and Closed Billing Period Reports

AWS Report Download for Customers

Customers can download an Open Billing Period Report, which includes detailed customer cost information. The report is updated daily and provides data aggregated at the child account and service level for AWS Standalone accounts. It also incorporates any discounts configured by the provider in the AWS Discount and Credit Manager.

To download the report, customers can:

1. Navigate to the UX1 control panel.

2. Select AWS SPP Standalone from the Services menu.

3. Click the Download Open Billing Report button (available once the subscription is provisioned).

AWS Report Download for Resellers

Resellers have access to both Open and Closed Billing Period Reports, which display reseller and customer costs in separate rows. These reports are also aggregated at the child account and service level for AWS Standalone accounts, and include any applicable discounts from the AWS Discount and Credit Manager.

To download the reports, resellers should follow these steps

1. Log in to the UX1 control panel as a reseller.

2. Click My Partnerships in the left-hand menu.

3. Click the Manage button next to the AWS SPP Standalone product.

4. On the Tier Config page, click either:

   • Download Open Report

   • Download Closed Report
